Active NYPD SPI member was first Responder to Bronx Homicide

Active NYPD and SPI member and her partner were the first responders while performing a midnight to eight tour of duty.  They immediately assessed the situation and entered the apartment, with guns drawn to search for the murderer.
Upon determining that the murderer fled the scene, they secured the inner perimeter to preserve critical evidence.
